We want you to love your Gear for Good, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 60 days of purchase. Every return helps us continue our mission of sustainable design and global poverty alleviation.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid USPS shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place your items in the original packaging or a reusable mailer, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange item.
